Products should be installed and serviced only by appropriately trained or licensed professionals when required.

Before accepting or shipping an order, AirPrime Distribution may require:

• Technician certification
• Contractor licensing information
• Business documentation
• Resale certificates
• End-user statements
• Proof that the purchaser is legally authorized to obtain the product
• Other documentation required by law or the manufacturer

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the order being delayed or canceled.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, transportation, installation, recovery, and use of regulated products.

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the order, customer location, product type, and applicable tax requirements.

Wholesale, tax-exempt, reseller, or business pricing may require an approved customer account and supporting documentation.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout whenever possible.

Pickup is generally available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., subject to confirmation.

Customers should allow at least two hours of preparation time and must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready.

A valid photo ID, order confirmation, and proof of authorization may be required at pickup.

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Products must satisfy all eligibility requirements stated in the Return Policy.

Unless defective and approved under an applicable warranty:

• Electrical components are final sale
• Installed electrical products cannot be returned
• Special-order products are non-returnable
• Custom or specially sourced products are non-returnable
• Used, modified, installed, or damaged products cannot be returned

Customers should verify all specifications before completing a purchase.

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty eligibility, coverage, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer.

AirPrime Distribution may assist with documentation or communication when appropriate, but we do not control and cannot guarantee the manufacturer’s decision.

Labor, diagnostic, removal, installation, refrigerant, transportation, and related expenses are not covered unless expressly included in the applicable manufacturer warranty.

AirPrime Distribution is a product distributor and does not assume responsibility for installation unless a separate written service agreement expressly states otherwise.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are:

• Installed correctly
• Installed by qualified personnel
• Used for their intended purpose
• Operated according to manufacturer instructions
• Installed in compliance with applicable codes and laws

AirPrime Distribution is not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper selection, handling, storage, installation, maintenance, modification, or use.

Website content—including text, graphics, design elements, logos, photographs, product organization, and original materials—is owned by or licensed to AirPrime Distribution and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written authorization.

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirPrime Distribution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Product selection
• Delayed delivery
• Lost profits
• Lost business
• Improper installation
• Product misuse
• Incompatibility
• Carrier delays
• Manufacturer actions

Where liability cannot be excluded, AirPrime Distribution’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AirPrime Distribution harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Improper installation or use of a product
• False documentation or representations submitted to us
• Infringement of another party’s rights
